I wonder if you remember us, Paul my husband and myself Nuria. You very kindly organised most of our wonderful trip through Egypt. Which we so enjoyed, to the point we fell in love with your country and its people.
I send you this message because we are concerned about you all, we feel very sad about what is happening and in some way we would like to know if you are ok, and your families.

We are finally home and thinking about our next trip to Egypt. We were very well looked after by Osiris.
Neermin in Cairo was lovely and very competent. Osama was brilliant and made the trip lots of fun
The man taking us to the airport in Luxor also did a good job.
We didn't get to see the Temple of Phillae because the boat sailed.
We had a great time though and very special thanks to Osama and you for your hard work.

Mr Syyed was a great help, specially on the last day (07 feb) as we had to first go to the airport and then visit the
Khan-E-Khalili market,and this small confusion was "no problem" for me.

I recommend Osoris to any of my friends going to Egypt.
I travelled with you in 2008 and we are returning to Cairo and Luxor for 5 days in June. We arrive at 9.20 in the morning
on Monday 21st JUne and fly out of Luxor at 3.45pm Saturday 26th June. My requirements would be:
Transfer from Airport to Hotel on 21st
quote for hotel stay 21st, 22nd, 23rd in Cairo at one of your hotels preferably with a pool. We can be in a family room or
two rooms with 3 in one room and 2 in the other.
Tour pyramids, museum, mosque, bazaar and step pyramid sound and light show at Giza overnight train to luxor on Wed
night entry to Valley of Kings (tour Luxor?)
Felucca trip on nile at sunset Sound and light Karnack (Do you have other suggestions)
My son and his partner may be interested in a day flight to Abu Symbol if you have one that leaves Luxor.
I was happy with your service last time although we did pay for a couple of things twice as the tour guide had not been
told we had already paid eg
Entry to Tut tomb in Valley of Kings. On the whole though we enjoyed our stay very much.
Could you please provide me with a itemised quote for this itinery

I will recommend Osoris to any of my friends going to Egypt.
We left cairo by bus yesterday to Taba, then through Eilat, Israel, on to Aqaba. The Israelis detained us for quite a while,
as we had befriended a Pale3stinian woman on the bus and shared a taxi to the border, and went through together and
the Israeli security thought maybe she had given us a bomb!!!
They are a very tough people!
I just want to say thank you for your efficient handling of our train tickets. everything went very smoothly, and we
enjoyed Egypt, in spite of all the hustling. We have rented a car in Jordan and will then go to Palestine and Israel.
Anyway, thanks again. I will recommend Osoris to any friends going to Egypt.

Thank you for organizing our holiday, we both enjoyed it very much the only issue I had was with the guide from
Aswan to Luxor, although his knowledge was very very comprehensive. He was too young to know how to make
his guests fee l special and we had some times when we were not that pleased with him
Despite this it was a good holiday and we are recommending you to a friend of ours who is called Omar Pina,
please provide him with your best services.

Our Experience was just great
We had really a great time in Jordan and I wish to thank you again for the
wonderful trip!!! A special thanks to Girgis as well, since he was very
kind and prompts to answer our calls. Also, please send our special thanks
to the driver: I believe he was very very tired after we came back, but he
still found the time to come back to the hotel and leave in the reception
a book that we forgot in the car!!! He was SO kind with us!!
We realized it was the first time your company worked with Jordan: I am
sure you can now add this new trip to your portfolio, our experience was
just great! :)
